The CSA (child support agency) is nothing whatsoever to do with children, and if it was why is it they are leaving children homeless & destitute. Leaving parents penniless, jobless and worse dead. How can an government department be allowed to do this, Gordon brown made a recent speech about lifting children out of poverty yet this agency is doing that very thing How is a government department allowed to lie making fictitious laws and guidelines. the whole thing is a shambles. So called absent fathers are being forced to pay 40% of there wages with little left for second families, HOW IS THIS LIFTING CHILDREN OUT OF POVERTY MR BROWN. parents with care who work are ignored BECAUSE THERE'S NO MONEY FOR THE GOVERMENT, non resident parents are HOUNDED INTO DESPAIR LIED TO SET UPON THREATENED ORDERED TO USE CREDIT CARDS, SELL THIER FAMILY HOMES lifting children out poverty. I am a CHILD MR BROWN, where the hell did that help me where the hell did they support me. The only person who they support MR BROWN IS YOU AND YOUR GOD FORSAKEN GOVERMENT. This site is made by children the first generation of so called CSA children. Well MR BROWN your CSA has systematically DESTROYED my family. Made it IMPOSSIBLE to see my FATHER left my STEP- FATHER, MOTHER AND SISTER'S almost HOMELESS, made it impossible to have ANY relationship with my STEP-SIBLINGS, and all in the name of child support. MR BROWN YOU DISGUST ME AND MAKE ME ASHAMED TO BE BRITISH AND GUESS WHAT THIEVING BROWN I AM NOT ALONE   ANON AGED 15

When my mum and dad first separated my brother and me where distraught, it was made a little easier because we were allowed to stay at grans with dad. Dad used to help mum with our bills as she didn’t have a job....... our life was not great, but okay. Then the CSA came into our life, dad was paying them a lot of his wages, so we couldn’t stay with him anymore.  He couldn’t afford to help mum anymore so my brother and I couldn’t go to our youth club, many nights I had to sit in the dark as there was no money for electric. Christmas was cancelled in our house for two years, cos my parents didn’t have any money. Child support, sorry but they never helped me.  Adam York’s aged 14

Child support never did anything for my family. They killed my uncle Tony; he took a lot of pain killers as he couldn’t cope. The coroner recorded a verdict of suicide it should have been murder. I have cousins with no dad thanks to them Kerry aged 10 Scotland

My mum and dad split up 4 years ago. I can’t see dad anymore, not because he don’t want to see me he does, it’s me. It’s all my fault dads new family have nothing, child support take all their money. I have a good life sure thing, but my dad, step mum, and step sister have nothing, I hate it. I feel guilty, so guilty I can’t visit, I tried talking to mum she just says it our entitlement; well mum I don’t care about entitlement I want to see my dad. Kyle London aged 13

I found this and thought I would add what child support did for me and my sister and my brother. They stole my dad and his family; they made our family break into a million pieces. I hate the name child support and can’t say it without a nasty feeling in my tummy. I hate everything it stands for Dwayne Grantham aged 14

I never got told why my family got hurt. Now I understand. Would anyone care to explain what these people do this for? My dad had to pay for me while i was living with him even thought I didn’t live with my mum she was just trying to get money off of him. My dad then appealed the case and tried to get money for me living with him the n he got a letter back saying he had to pay arrears for my younger sister and me even thought he was paying maintenance. We are really struggling now because of the payments and my dad is now working for nothing we cant afford internet or house phone so I will have to contact you when I’m at college. My story
When i was 7 my mum and dad split, my mum married another man and we moved away from home, we were like a real family, always doing family outings, having fun and we were so happy. My step-dad had 2 kids from a previous relationship, he had been paying his ex privately and through banks, they didn’t use the CSA. He's been paying for 8 years. Then one day we got a letter from the CSA saying he owed £6500 in Areas, That amount of money is a lot to my family..

Even though my step-dad had always paid for his kids, Him & his ex had a fall out and she got CSA, The family grew further and further apart, my step-dad struggled to find money and the house felt unbearable, everyone was always stressed and arguing, The family wasn’t & isn’t how it used to be, the CSA ruined my family

Poor you - that is so horrible. We are going through the same thing and have just had to adjust to life with no 'nice stuff'. We still have fun and try not to let us get it down. If you all love each other as much as it sounds like you do, you'll be happy together whatever the 'evil' CSA do. Good luck babe x
